Arrrrggghhhhhhhhhhhh...
It is nearly midday, the sun is shining, I checked my plants in the garden. I was shock and nearly in tears when I found out five of my Regale or Christmas Lily' buds got blown off. The last few days have been gusty. I should have moved the plant to sheltered place :(
I am not going to have 7 Christmas Lily flowers on this Christmas,then. I am saaaaaaddd. I am disappointed. But thanks God ..it has still two more buds now.
One day in the garden centre, I was going to buy the Regale Lily bulb but one of the staff said that maybe I was not going to have the plant flowering in the first year. So I decided not to buy the bulb. Until I went to another garden centre and bought the Regale Lily bulb. Just to try to see if I got any blooms this year. So here is hoping for at least two blooms.
